Car parking

On street metered car parking is available which is free of charge Mon- Sat from 6.30pm -8.30am and free on a Sunday.  A secure NCP St Johns Hill car park is a few minutes walk from the hotel and a discount is available for our guests.  Discounts and prices are subject to change.


Car hire

We can advise you on local car hire arrangements.



We provide an external dry cleaning/laundry service – please contact our front desk team to arrange and for tariffs.



All public areas and guest rooms are strictly non smoking.  There is a designated smoking area outside the hotel.


Currency accepted

We accept payment in Sterling only.


Medical and dental

24 local doctor/medical services available nearby. Dentist within 1 mile.



Dogs are permitted, a charge will apply, please contact the hotel to arrange this. Guide dogs are welcome at the hotel by prior arrangement.


Disabled access

Accessible rooms are available with showers, additional grabs rails and emergency alerts. The hotel has an accessible front door at the entrance. The lounge bar and breakfast area are both wheelchair accessible.


Special diets

We cater for just about any special dietary requirement, but advance notice is appreciated. Vegetarian options are available during Breakfast hours.


Children and families

Children of all ages are welcome. A number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 18 are free when sharing with 2 adults. Cots and high chairs are available.
